Should guests plan any type of event (party, wedding reception, etc.), an additional and non-refundable fee of EUR 3000 will be charged. This fee does not include any type of services.

In case of events, a security deposit of EUR 5000 will be pre-authorised in guests credit card at check-in. This amount will be refunded up to 7 days if no damages are made to the villa.
